In order to achieve silent assassin, you have to have no bodies found. If you knock someone out and they are found, does it void the rating?
Yes, no bodies found whatsoever, unless they are an accidental kill
As Ekrmt4 said, but death via poison also keeps Silent Assassin.

If you use the tranquilizer gun on someone to knock them out and they’re found, it doesn’t count as a body found.
