Agent 47 is a unique disguise that is only temporarly avaliable during The Banker Elusive Target.

The outfit appears when Le Chiffre's men capture 47 and remove all of his clothes except for his underwear (which is the outfit itself). This outfit doesn't grant access to any restricted areas and isn't part of the only Mission Story, Casino Monarchique. However, 47 needs to wear it first before he can change back into the starting outfit or Agent Smith’s Tuxedo, which is indeed necessary for the mission story.
