Agent Chamberlin, also known as "The Joker", is an ICA agent and a member of a hit squad sent to carry out a contract on Agent 47 and Olivia Hall, and is a potential target that appears in Apex Predator, the third mission of HITMAN™ III.

Like many other agents, not much is known about Chamberlin. However, knowing how strict Montgomery is, it can be deduced that him being the second in a chain of command would make him strict in conversation as well. According to his nickname he is a practical joker.
HITMAN™III[]
After the events of the mission Death in the Family, Agent 47 and Olivia Hall plan to meet in Berlin, Germany in order to make a new plan on how to proceed following the death of Lucas Grey and the recent disappearance of Diana Burnwood, unknown to them however the International Contract Agency tracks to Olivia's intended meeting location Club Hölle.
Chamberlin and 11 other ICA Agents lead by their Handler Jiao are sent to Eliminate 47 and Olivia, while Olivia successfully escapes after murdering one of the ICA Agents, 47 decides to instead locate Club Hölle in order to send the ICA a message.
Agent Chamberlin while undercover as a Member of Security, roams around the main dance floor in Club Hölle at Level -2. He is armed with a DAK DTI, carries an Ear Piece as well as a Remote CX Demo Block MKII, he along with every other agent, is an Enforcer to every suit and disguise 47 can put on except for the Rolf Hirschmüller (outfit).

- While Chamberlin like every other guard is not an enforcer to the Rolf Hirschmüller disguise, he is the only agent to announce through his Ear Piece to Agent Montgomery that you are disguised as the Club Owner, despite it having no negative affects on gameplay.
- This implies that even though the agents are not enforcers to the disguise, they still realize it's 47, and are most likely toying with him.
