Agent Lowenthal, also known as "The Englishman", is an ICA agent and a member of a hit squad sent to carry out a contract on Agent 47 and Olivia Hall, and is a potential target that appears in Apex Predator, the third mission of HITMAN™ III.

Lowenthal is known as a cold blooded wild card with the ICA and can be seen in Apex Predator as snappy and impatient, when it comes to the issue of him waiting for a box of food he ordered while waiting in the biker club for 47 to show up.
HITMAN™III[]
After the events of the mission Death in the Family, Agent 47 and Olivia Hall plan to meet in Berlin, Germany in order to make a new plan on how to proceed following the death of Lucas Grey and the recent disappearance of Diana Burnwood, unknown to them however the International Contract Agency tracks to Olivia's intended meeting location Club Hölle.
Lowenthal and 11 other ICA Agents led by their Handler Jiao are sent to Eliminate 47 and Olivia, while Olivia successfully escapes after murdering one of the ICA Agents, 47 decides to instead locate Club Hölle in order to send the ICA a message.
Agent Lowenthal while undercover as a Biker, can be found inside of the Biker Club patrolling through the drug packaging room, motorcycle garage and the biker hangout room at Level 0 of the Club, he is armed with an ICA SMG Raptor Covert, carries an Ear Piece as well as a Remote CX Demo Block, he like every other Agent is also an Enforcer to every suit and disguise 47 can put on except for the Rolf Hirschmüller disguise.
During his patrol route it is revealed through a conversation in the biker hangout room and a phone call that he has near the drug packaging room, that he has ordered a box of food due to his hypoglycemia and is currently waiting for the driver to deliver it.
If you then find the delivery guy and disguise yourself using Delivery Guy disguise and grab his keys, you can unlock the crate on the back of the delivery scooter and ring for one of the Bikers to get the food for Lowenthal to eat, at any time it is possible to lure Lowenthal into a trap by poisoning his delivered food.

- Agent Lowenthal is one of the few targets in Apex Predator who is able to be assassinated via consumed poison.
- Despite his code name being "The Englishman", Lowenthal doesn't seem to have an English accent and there is no other in-game information that states he is from England.
- Agent Lowenthal is the first target in the Hitman Series known to suffer from hypoglycemia, a condition that causes a body's blood sugar levels to fall, which in turn is treated by consuming high sugar food or drinks.
- Even though Lowenthal suffers from constantly dropping sugar levels, the food he orders: an assortment of French fries, chopped tomatoes, and lettuce wouldn't be enough for him to help raise his sugar levels.
- He is named after the Voice Actor Yuri Lowenthal, who voices many NPCs throughout the Hitman Trilogy, as well as Dr. Marcus Green in Hitman: Absolution. Ironically, Yuri Lowenthal doesn't actually voice Agent Lowenthal.
