Amos Dexter is a wealthy Texan awaiting a lung transplant at GAMA in HITMAN™.
Background[]
He is a heavy drinker and smoker, and while drunk he will try to walk into restricted areas and make racist comments to GAMA staff. His personality is quite obnoxious, insulting staff, making unreasonable demands, leaving his personal room in disarray and breaking facility rules.
Personality[]
An example of him being rude is by insulting one of the resort guards near the sushi area. He insists going inside the maintenance alley that leads to the stairs going to the hospital basement, even though it is an area that is only allowed for the staff working at the hospital.
Patient Journal[]
Amos Dexter's Patient Journal contains all information about his ongoing Stage 3 Lung cancer treatment. The journal can be found at the doctors' office located at the hospital's first floor, in front of the restrooms.
"Patient, Amos Dexter, is a regular at Gama. He is currently scheduled for his eight organ transplant in five years. Dexter has been here so frequently that we, despite Dr. Ito's best conservation and curation efforts, are currently out of viable lungs for him to have transplanted and Mr. Dexter is now on the RED list, awaiting a suitable donor organ. It should also be noted that Mr. Dexter still smokes and multiple staff members have confiscated several packs of cigarettes from his room; despite our best efforts, new packs keep showing up. It is recommended that an extra eye is kept on Mr. Dexter after surgery to ensure this habit is killed."

- Amos Dexter is illegally storing beer, whiskey, and cigarettes in his room. The cigarettes can be stolen to make an opportunity for killing Yuki Yamazaki.
- He can also later be seen as an Ark member during The Ark Society mission.
- When playing The Dexter Discordance, he is an enforcer of the Cowboy Suit only during the escalation. To fulfil the escalation's objective, he must be eliminated while disguised as the cowboy.
- In contrast, he will compliment the player on Situs Inversus when wearing the Cowboy Suit.
- Disguising as him while eliminating Yuki by closing her in the Sauna will help complete the new Ice Cold Cowboy challenge that has been introduced last November 4, 2021.
- He is a relative of Blake Dexter, a wealthy arms manufacturer from South Dakota and the antagonist of Hitman: Absolution.
- Despite being into guns, he will be frightened if the player leaves a firearm behind and will report it immediately to the nearest guard.
