Bartholomew Argus (also known as "The Badboy") is an Elusive Target in HITMAN™. He appeared in the mission The Icon.
Background[]
Routes[]
Bartholomew Argus can be found inside the town hall's Gelato shop. During the mission, he will be playing Kane and Lynch on a sofa bed, closely protected by several guards.
Whenever the TV inside the shop gets sabotaged, he will start to wander around the town. If the Q&A session is triggered by 47, he will be joining in with Dino Bosco.
If Bartholomew's car is destroyed, he will encounter a fan who sent intimate pictures of him and his cat, which he gets disgusted with. Destroying his car, which is located at the entrance and surrounded by two bodyguards, will make him come and investigate.
When he urinates off the cliffs of Sapienza, there is a quick window of opportunity that 47 can push and eliminate him without being noticed.

Trivia[]
- Bartholomew Argus is one of the two Elusive Targets that are featured in a Bonus Mission, with Mr. Giggles being the other target in the A House Built on Sand mission.
- It is assumed that Tommy "The Hammer" Stoakes is the client for this contract, as hinted through Argus's manager's dialogue. The manager, who dislikes Bartholomew to begin with, brushes it off. This is also where he expresses deep regret for betraying Tommy.
- Bartholomew is currently one of the three legacy targets who had their target photo changed in HITMAN™ III, along with Ezra Berg and Wen Ts'ai.
- He bears more than a passing resemblance to British actor Vas Blackwood, who has played a number of gangster roles.
- It is unknown why Bartholomew wanted to cameo in The Icon, as dialogue during the Q&A makes it apparent he barely knows anything about The Icon, as well as Argus's manager mentioning that Bosco has been actively putting off filming the cameo, with his manager going as far as saying Bosco hates him.
- He also shares the same sports car model with Dino Bosco, with the exception of his car being yellow in color, while Dino's car is maroon.
- His parked car near the cliffs is also surrounded by at least two bodyguards, and is a trespassing zone if 47 goes behind them.
