Billy Jack, or the Delivery Guy, is a minor character in Hitman: Blood Money. He is the Crows courier.
Biography[]
Employed by the Crows, Billy Jack was supposed to deliver the payment for the planned assassination of US Secretary of the Interior Jimmy Cilley - the briefcase with diamonds - to the group's hideout at the 2004 Mardi Gras parade in New Orleans. Agent 47, who went to kill the assassins, found Billy Jack wearing the Crows red bird costume in a local hotel. The Delivery Guy later exited the building and went to the crew. It is unknown if Forty-seven intercepted Billy Jack, but he prevented the politician's assassination by killing the assassins.

- Despite Billy Jack not being armed nor the target, he is marked as the enemy on the map (if having successfully planted the tracking device on the payment briefcase).
- It can be assumed from Billy Jack's hotel dialogue that he was employed quite recently by the Crows.

- The Murder of Crows - is the Crows courier, supposed to bring the payment to the crew's hideout for Jimmy Cilley's assassination to commence. Walks through the streets and back alleys, sometimes stopping for a smoke. Is unarmed and will cower if threatened; If alerted, will start running to his destination. Agent 47 can take his outfit and disguise himself as Billy Jack.
