The Blues Oyster is a blues bar in New Orleans and is a featured location in the mission The Murder of Crows in Hitman: Blood Money.

During the Mardi Gras Parade, a strict dress code was issued, where only employees and people wearing blues-themed costumes were allowed admittance.
Billy Jack, the courier for The Crows, was seen stopping outside of this establishment for a smoke.
