The Bodyguard's Phone is an item carried by Kurt Donovan in The Showstopper mission. Once he's killed or pacified he will drop the phone on the ground for you to pick up. His phone will be left at the exact spot where you took him out so if you drag away his body, the phone will remain on the ground until picked up.
You can interact with the phone by using the "shoot" button while it is equipped in order call a Code 17, causing Viktor Novikov and Dalia Margolis to be escorted to the Museum Director's Office.
