Brother from another Brother is an assassinaiton challenge to achieve in The Farewell mission in Mendoza.
To accomplish this challenge, Agent 47 must assassinate both Don Yates and Tamara Vidal by sniping them from sniper team's position from the silos with the sniper team's Sieger 300 Tactical after either pacifying or assassinating the sniper team themselves.

- Pacify or eliminate the sniper team near the silos.
- Eliminate the targets from that position, using the sniper teams rifle.
