Butchers are employees with varying roles at Campbell Sturrock's Slaughterhouse. A few were also required to work, and be part of the staff during the Sturrock's "Not Guilty" Party.

Hitman: Contracts[]
As employees at an abbatoir, the butchers are tasked with butchering chilled carcases, loading and unloading deliveries by truck, and personally cooking and serving Sturrock with meat dishes. One of the butchers has also been hired as a bartender at the party.
Appearance[]
The butchers wear white shirts with short sleves, light blue blood stained aprons, and white gloves also stained with blood. They wield cleavers and kitchen knives, although they never use them when attacked.

Butchers only appear in the Hitman: Contracts mission The Meat King's Party.
