Albino's are unique caharcters in the Hitman Series, with the first introduced in Hitman Blood Money, being Mark Purayah II, and Mark Parchezzi III. Both being a clone of an unknown Mark I, all 3 produced by The Franchise. Due to the bad condition in the Franchise's cloning, the Marks grows maturity within 2 months, and then only have 18 months left to live, giving them in all almost only 2 years to live in. They are also considered to be the best skilled assassins, with Parchezzi III just as skilled as Agent 47.
3 more albino's appears briefly in Hitman: Absolution, John Hoplon, Carey Scutum and Jack Aegis, considered to be looking bit like the previous Mark Purayah and Parchezzi. They are also known as The Praetorians.
It is confirmed that all Purayah and Parchezzi are clones, but it is unknown if the Praetorians are clones, but it is most likely possible, but it is unknown who made them.
All 5 seems to be difficult targets, with Purayah II as the easiest to encounter as you can even walk in with suit, without him attacking you. Parchezzi and the Praetorians are slightly harder to fight, as they can survive up to 6 - 7 shots in the torso, head shots is easy towards Parchezzi but harder to preform from medium to long distance with Silverballer and assault rifles on the trio.
