The Chapel Morgue is situated near the Sapienza Church. A separate building from the church itself, it consists of a reposing room where deceased lie before burial, a mortician's workroom where corpses are prepared, and a public display room in front for storing and selling caskets and other funerary items. The morgue is run by Padre Francesco and the Church Staff during the World of Tomorrow mission.
The player can "blend in" and hide by pretending to be deceased in the casket of the reposing room or on the gurney in the preparation area.

The morgue is near the Sapienza Church by the Marina behind the church and next to the cemetery. Subduing the Church Staff member in the morgue will grant you a Church Key. If you wait for a bit, a lab technician will enter the morgue with her bodyguard; she will ask the bodyguard to leave for a moment, as she is here to give her final respects to a passed colleague. If you kill or subdue her, she will drop a Biolab Laptop Dongle, which can be used to destroy the DNA Specific Virus.
