The Cocaine Dealer (real name: Unknown) is a major character in the Elusive Target: The Rage in HITMAN™ III.
About[]
The Cocaine Dealer is Sully Bowden's personal supplier of his daily dose of drugs, that has flown all the way from Shanghai, just to meet him in Yuzhong District. She is the girl that is standing in front of the street, and will be sitting on one of the benches in front of the Arcade room when she starts talking to Mr. Bowden.
Behavior[]
Prior to sitting down on a bench, she will take a smoke as she stands up in one of the building's pillars. She will be reading a book as she is being approached by Sully.
Once the Cocaine Dealer meets Sully Bowden, she will be asking him first if he needs more of the drugs she has provided to him. He will complain that the most recent cocaine she provided only had a weak effect on him. She will tell him that she only sells premium grade cocaine and will justify how he is used to very high stimulations. She recommend that he him quit.
She will also state that she has left her money in the apartment and can possibly arrange a meeting in front of the Wet Cat Laundromat. The Dealer will eventually head back to her apartment after the meeting.
In her apartment, she will keep ranting inside how she shows her distaste to Sully. She will drink from her water bottle on top of a table, which can be poisoned.

Meetup with Mr. Bowden by the Laundromat.
"It appears that the Dealer will email Mr. Bowden when she has his money. Maybe a good opportunity to get him away from the main event?"
Personality[]
The Cocaine Dealer seems to just be doing fine, until Sully Bowden tries to intimidate her. From the way he talks to her, she looks annoyed but still somehow patient and does not stoop down to his level. She will also eventually assert him not to threaten her, telling him to just chill. Once she heads to her apartment, she will be debating whether she will set-up a meeting with him, however she will state that he does not know where she lives.
By default, she will not set-up the meeting, unless 47 intervenes by tampering her laptop inside her apartment, and setting up one in front of the laundromat. Even if a meeting has been arranged by sending an email, she will still not show up to Sully, making him even want to kill her all the more, as he unleashes his rage against her.

- The Cocaine Dealer gets exposed in the rain, however she does not get wet from it.
- Her NPC structure is reused from the main mission, particularly the same NPC leaning on a rail, near the Train station.
- During her conversation with Sully Bowden, she reveals that his tourist visa has already been expired.
- Her laptop that is used to summon Mr. Bowden by sending him an email to meet up in front of the Wet Cat Laundromat is the same laptop used by Axel Phenniger, the Master of Ceremonies from The Ark Society.
- She plays a similar role to another character from a previous title, Mickey Caps from Hitman: Absolution.
- It contains a file about an Effigy Memo from Zoe Washington.
