The Consulate Intern outfit is a unique disguise that can be found in A Gilded Cage from HITMAN™.
Description[]
Worn by the intern who walks around the market and later enters the Swedish Consulate. The disguise grants access to both floors of the embassy including the carpark/parking lot, and is one of two disguises allowed inside the ambassador's office (or, the office in which Strandberg will frequently enter), the other being the consulate security. The guards outside the ambassador's office will frisk you before letting you enter the office. Alternatively, use a consulate keycard to go in through the back to avoid a search, or lockpick the door.
Some guards will be able to see through this disguise, however, there are laptops spread out across the consulate enabling more chances to blend in.
After arriving at the embassy the intern will meet with Strandberg and they both enter the ambassador’s office for a short conversation. If Agent 47 takes his clothes before the meeting takes place and manages to get past staircase guards he can meet Strandberg instead.
