- "This outfit is worn by a local, street-smart drug dealer operating in Chinatown, Chicago. The main cocaine supplier for the King of Chinatown."
The disguise is the outfit of Mickey Caps, a.k.a. "Snowman". The outfit is based around a rather garish burgundy-and-white track suit and supplemented with a gold chain, sunglasses with a slight orange tint, gold sneakers and a flat cap similar to an Irish tweed cap.
HITMAN™ III[]
Worn by Michail "Mishoo" Nenkov, the drug dealer hanging out in Berlin's Club Hölle. The disguise can be used to lure NPCs away with the promise of drugs.
