Deane Rudy is an unique minor character that appears in Hitman: Absolution. She appears in the mission "Hunter and Hunted" during the third segment "Dressing Rooms".

In the Dressing Rooms her colleague Lydia Montiel is currently tasked to go to the "Hawaii" show/room to dance for Dominic Osmond and his "friends". Thankfully Deane and her other colleague Christine McCray do everything in their power to give Lydia advice and to think positively about the situation. When in reality, the two are actively trying to alleviate her reaction.

Behind the Scenes

In the "Dressing Room" level the image segment icon that appears on screen is a pre-release screenshot showing that rear side of Deane's bikini bottom has a transparent gold star on it. It's unknown as to why the star was removed from her bikini bottom in the final release of the game. Thanks to the leaked August 3, 2012 (Phil Rogers) build it was confirmed that she had a gold star on her butt. However there were more insignia's than that. She was to have a star on the front of her navel and the Russian "Hammer and Sickle" logo on her right bikini pad which was the communist logo. It is widely unknown why this change was made to remove the stars and communist logo.

Trivia

• Deane Rudy was a custom target in the Contracts Mode for Absolution.
• Thanks to the dialogue provided, it is heavily implied that both Christine & Deane are victims of the sexual assault from the Hawaii Room. This statement can be proven given how it makes Deane annoyed to talk about it.
• Deane Rudy shares the exact same NPC model with Irene Enos and a promotional stripper seen on various posters.
• There is an exploit where if the player throws a bottle in certain area's in the downstairs ceiling Deane and the other stripper will each go to the upstairs area where they think the bottle landed. This tactic was very useful in the Contracts Mode.
