Notes[]
- Three Gators walk among the guests and the ship personnel instead of staying on the upper deck.
- If Agent 47 approaches Skip Muldoon disguised as a first-class purser, the captain will ask to bring his private cake.
- The level's exit is a lifeboat in the ship's stern that is restricted without a disguise.
- The ship's sides have railings to jump from one part of the ship to another.
- Skip Muldoon panics if he finds the safe being empty.
Trivia[]
- There are 109 NPCs on this level.
- The Rifle Note found near FN-2000 suggests that Muldoon's niece arranged for the weapon to be delivered on board, presumably for Forty-seven to acquire it.
- Skip Muldoon appears to be bisexual and a sexual predator. A purser in underwear takes a shower in the captain's bathroom that occasionally does a private "dance" for the captain. The captain will flirt with Agent 47 if he is in the first-class purser disguise.
- Skip Muldoon presumably molested his niece - which could be Margeaux LeBlanc, who is also likely the client of the contract. A picture of her may be on the drawers.
- Only Skip Muldoon appears on the loading screen.
- With seven targets, this mission is second by the number of targets to assassinate in Hitman: Blood Money.
- The mission is similar to The Wang Fou Incident from Hitman: Codename 47, where the primary target and six gang members must be assassinated.
Easter Eggs[]
- Dropping a Gator down the left side of the railing and a sailor on the right side on the second floor in the engine room converts civilians to zombies. They will move slowly and attack Forty-seven. They also cannot be killed unless by headshot or accident.
- The mission newspaper has a date with the month named "Smarch", a reference to the fictional thirteenth month in The Simpsons episode Treehouse of Horror VI. It also features an ad for the "Allan Hansen's Street Magic" show in the Shamal Hotel and Casino, a location from A House of Cards.
- The mission's name may be a reference to the 1937 detective novel Death on the Nile by Agatha Christie and the 1883 memoir Life on the Mississippi by Mark Twain of his days as a steamboat pilot.
- The TV in the gang's quarters shows a weather report for Denmark, the home country of the developers - IO Interactive.
