Situs Inversus & Patient Zero: Worn by the doctors of the GAMA hospital. In Situs Inversus they are allowed in the resort and the hospital area but don't have access to the maintenance room, Yuki Yamazaki's room, the security office, the kitchen, the stem cell storage, the director's office, the KAI mainframe or the operating room. Guards at checkpoints will frisk doctors. In Patient Zero, this disguise is almost the same except it no longer grants access to the ground floor of the hospital due to the quarantine.

The Last Resort: Worn by Dr. Singh the personal doctor of Tyson Williams. In this disguise 47 gains access to the Manta Ray Hut and most of the villa except for the secret office and the security office. In this disguise 47 can also give Tyson Williams a health check. While disguised as Dr. Singh, the player can tamper with Tyson Williams' medicine without arousing suspicion.
After Patch 3.190, equiping The Last Resort varient of the Doctor disguise will strangly change the lens to the sunglasses lens model seen on The Disruptor Fur Coat.
