Don't Look Down is an assassination challenge in the Situs Inversus mission in Hokkaido.
To acquire this challenge, Agent 47 must assassinate Yuki Yamazaki by shooting down GAMA's cable car while she's trying to escape the facility.

Walkthrough[]
The easiest way to complete this challenge is by simply staring in 47's suite with a pistol, preferably one that is silenced. A rifle can also work, if the player has unlocked a portable container; the rifle requires fewer shots to destroy the car's cable attachment point. Upon mission start, go to the balcony, and from there shoot one of Yuki's guards or shoot the ground near enough to her that she notices. This will immediately trigger the lockdown and she will enter the cable car. Afterwards, simply shoot the top mechanism where the cable car is attached to the cable enough times. When it begins speeding ahead out of control, it means the sabotage worked and Yuki will soon fall to her doom. The attachment is difficult to hit while the car is underway, so try to shoot it before it begins to move.
Note that this requires the player to have already mastered the level, since it is not initially possible to bring along smuggled weapons and gear into 47's VIP suite.
If the player has not fully mastered the level and cannot begin with a weapon, some setup may be required. The silenced submachinegun can be stolen from Yuki's suite (it may be necessary to disguise as Jason Portman to enter the his suite and subsequently climb across to Yuki's). Create a disturbance while Yuki is near her suite to trigger the evacuation sequence; an exploding fire extinguisher works for this purpose. Prop the door to one of the neighboring suites open with an object of some kind so that you can run through it quickly and wait on the balcony for her to enter the cable car.
