The Druzhina 34 ICA Arctic is a sniper rifle introduced in HITMAN™ 2, a unique variant of the Druzhina 34 featuring snow camouflage. It was originally used by Agent 47 in the Sniper Assassin game mode and as such has numerous upgrades. It can also be unlocked for use in sandbox missions.

- The HITMAN™ 2: Sniper Assassin version of the weapon features an upgrade path which doubles as Mastery level for Siberia.
- The unlockable version of the rifle at mastery level 20 and The Sniper Challenge Suit are the only rewards for the Sniper Assassin game mode to have been added that can be used outside of the Sniper Assassin game mode.
- In HITMAN™ 2 only the Piercing trait was labeled in its item description, contrary to its in-game performance, but was later fixed in a patch.
- Before update 3.11 for HITMAN™ III , there was a bug that allowed players to switch their ammo to Wall-Piercing ammo or Shockwave ammo which was only for the Sniper Assassin game mode. As of now, this bug has been patched and is no longer accessible.
- A Druzhina 34 ICA with functional Sniper Assassin ammo can be found on level 3 of the Berlin Egg Hunt in the Radio Tower, although since it is only available for one level of an escalation it is not as balance-breaking as this gun was.
