Ectoplasmic is a feat challenge to achieve in the A Bitter Pill bonus mission in Whittleton Creek.
To accomplish the challenge, Agent 47 must get Helen West from her house all the way to the consulation room of Galen Vholes.

Walkthrough[]
The objective of this challenge is to move Helen West into Vholes' consultation room in his house.
- Eliminate Galen Vholes and all of the police deputies guarding his property.
- Head through the backyard and eliminate the two gardeners in the opposite garden.
- Pass through into Janus' garden and eliminate all of his guards.
- Continue into Helen's garden and eliminate her gardeners and the server inside.
- Pacify Helen and begin dragging her through the gardens and back into Vholes' house.
Assuming you eliminated the NPCs in a quick and covert manner, you should have minimal issues dragging her back. Once her body enters the consultation room, the challenge will be completed.
Trivia[]
- After completing the challenge, both doors connected to the room will begin rapidly opening and closing. This, as well as the challenge's name, are references to Frank Schmidt, the previous owner of the property who was murdered by Helen West in the very same room.
- In Another Life, Vholes' property is up for sale, following the death of Frank Schmidt. As both Janus and Nolan Cassidy are present in A Bitter Pill, the chronological events of the mission are put into question.
- This is the only challenge to be cut from a singular Special Assignment mission.
- The challenge tile features the Stethoscope.
