During the ICA trailer for Diana Burnwood, shown within her file is a family photo and overview of information. It is shown that Diana had a younger sister named Emma, who was born 3 years after Diana. Emma was the youngest of the family. She died in 2002 due to unknown reasons.

Trivia

• In Agent 47: Birth of the Hitman, Diana's background was changed, James Burnwood (Brother) was reworked to dying of cancer at 9 with a completely different appearance, Emma was scrapped from the storyline.
• How Emma died remained unknown, even in the trailer. She would've been 27 at the time of her death.
