Eve is an assassin sent by The Franchise to kill Agent 47 at the Shark Club in Las Vegas, and is masquerading as a singer onstage at the Heaven party on the top floor. A fellow assassin, Maynard John, is dispatched alongside Eve and waits for 47 at the Hell party in the basement.
Background[]
Hitman: Blood Money[]
Eve can be found at the Heaven party on the top floor, and will go on stage to perform as soon as 47 steps out of the elevator. She is not initially marked as a target (though can still be eliminated), and is only revealed to be a rival assassin when 47 retrieves the intel from her laptop, at which point her map marker changes from that of a civilian to that of a target. However, various hints are present in the level to suggest the singer onstage isn't who she seems. Attendees of the party will react to her off-key singing voice.
She will approach 47 if she sees him and invite him to follow her to her office. If 47 is close enough to Eve once inside the office, a cutscene plays in which she stabs him to death. If the player keeps at a safe distance or hides in the cupboard, she will attempt to throw stiletto knives at 47, before cartwheeling over to the desk to evade retaliation. She will then sprint towards 47 and attempt to stab him again, and continue cartwheeling away afterwards. She may also draw out her Desert Eagle and open fire, which will attract the attention of nearby guards who will come to her aid.
The door to the office is locked during the fight with Eve, though it can be picked open to escape. This leads to some amusing oversights, as Eve will continue her attempts to stab 47 and will cartwheel back to the office from anywhere in the level, including the Hell party in the basement and in stairwells. If her route back to the office requires her to use an elevator, she will cartwheel inside and stand still until the elevator stops at the next floor. When the doors open, she will continue to cartwheel back to the desk on the top floor. Additionally, no other NPCs will react to Eve's to attempts to kill 47 in any way unless they are harmed by her stiletto. Such an attack will oddly be attributed to the player, affecting the mission's rating and potentially causing nearby guards to become hostile to 47.
Eve's codename during her mission is evidently 'Angel', as this can be overheard in the office when she periodically checks in with an unseen handler on her cell phone. During the call, she will always claim to have not seen 47 no matter how many times she may have encountered him without incident at the party.
Hitman: Absolution[]
Eve only appears in Absolution through posters & calendars. In "Hunter & Hunted" it is slated she was once a Vixen Club stripper, which could've been her side-job. However aside from this small piece of information, no other mentions of her are made.
Appearance[]
Eve wears the same revealing angel costume as the majority of other female party goers in Club Heaven, the only difference being that she does not wear the mask. Her hair is tied up into two buns and she has emerald green eyes. The bartender at the party can be overheard commenting on her physical appearance and telling 47 she is very attractive.
Despite the effectively nudist appearance as a result of Eve's outfit, she is able to conceal a Desert Eagle and five Stiletto knives on her person.
Personality[]
Eve is depicted as both a chameleon and a seductress, using disguises to blend into her environment and her good looks to seduce her targets. She is also shown to have an incredibly violent streak. If Eve corners Agent 47 in her private room, a cutscene will play in which she takes immense pleasure in killing him, laughing gleefully as she flamboyantly and repeatedly stabs his dead body with a stilleto.
She can be overheard updating her employers on the status of her mission, and demands extra money for having to sing. The bartender in Club Heaven will also tell 47 that the original singer had a fatal "accident", implying that Eve killed her.
Notes[]
- Causing any kind of disturbance at the Heaven party (such as gunfire, or trespassing into the Heaven Party office) will make Eve prematurely stop singing and leave the stage to pursue 47.
- Walking into Eve's office while she's not performing on stage will cause her to rapidly sprint towards the office in an effort to catch 47 off-guard. She moves much quicker than any other character in the game can normally move.
- It is not possible to hide from Eve in the office's cupboard if she saw him.
- On the Professional difficulty level, Eve can potentially kill the player with just one hit, even while she is not actively stabbing. Additionally, both Eve and Maynard John will be marked as civilians on the map prior to becoming targets. This is despite the fact that civilians are not supposed to appear on the map on this difficulty level.

Trivia[]
- IO Interactive animator Barbara Bernad recorded the off-key vocal performance for the song Eve sings, which is Tomorrow Never Dies, originally performed by Swan Lee.
- After the mission A House of Cards, an advertisement for the Heaven and Hell party can be seen in the corner of the newspaper featuring both Eve and Maynard John.
- Eve appears on a calendar in Hitman: Absolution in the mission One of a Kind. The same calendar can also be seen in the Vixen Club during Hunter and Hunted, and in Layla's panic room during Blackwater Park.
