- Unlike most poisons, the Expired Can of Spaghetti Sauce can also be used as a non-lethal melee weapon and distraction.
- Isabella Caruso's signature dish was her famous bolognese made from her family recipe. However the secret to the recipe was in fact pre-made cans of spaghetti sauce.
- The Dinner Bell, which requires ringing to lure out Silvio Caruso, is located on the exterior wall just outside the main kitchen door.
- Silvio Caruso enjoys his lunch containing the spaghetti sauce, despite the cans having expired.
- The sauce's brand name, "Molto Bene", is Italian for "very good".
