"Here is the way I did (you need a lot of explosives and a good enough mastery where you can start with all your equipment.) Also, you will not be silent assassin so keep that in mind.
Alright so while planning you will need in your pistol a poison dart gun (I think you can get one by doing mastery 17 in Haven Island), but technically you don't have to have it and you can just have a silencer. You will need a c4 explosive, a remote ICA explosive, and a keycard hacker, one of these will be smuggled in.
After starting the level you need to get your smuggled item and make your way down to the club level. Go down and to your left and open the door next to the DJ booth. Use your keycard hacker on the door to your left, avoid the camera and go into Hurschmuller's office (excuse me if I spelled that wrong.) Now use the poison dart on Rolf or just kill everybody in the room if you don't have the poison darts. This is important, hide the bodies but make sure you disguise as Rolf Hurshmuller if you dump him off the shaft in the side room.
Now pick up Rolf's phonebook and call the head of security by interacting with the phone on his desk. (Btw, the code to the safe is 1989, it has a cocaine brick and gold idol in it.) Anyways, A bunch of guys will come in, and agent Montgomery will start talking, make sure 5 targets including him are down there before kicking the table. Once you do take the Proximity explosive and chuck it at the guy behind the counter and then run. It should kill two of them. Then chuck the the c4 at Montgomery and don't detonate it. Go for cover and throw the remote ICA explosive at one guy and detonate it. Knock the last guy out and drag him to the c4, detonate it and you should get the challenge. (A little addition by MecTheCool You can alternatively use three propane flasks if you still want the Silent Assassin rating.)
For escaping, just go into the side room and up the pipe and from here start heading out the club. And enjoy. the challenge after this is called the setup. You can find it in the Carpathian Mountains."
