Not much is known about the disguise, other than the player would have been able to steal it from Ezra Berg, making Berg one of the few targets in the series that 47 could disguise himself as. It's unknown what advantages this disguise would have given; probably access to the farmhouse and Berg's shack, though perhaps not Sean Rose's room. Given that Berg talks to one of the other targets, it is possible that it was intended to be part of a storyline or opportunity creation. Berg's eccentric habit of wearing a mask, and the on-level presence of a 3d printer already programmed to print a facemask, would seem to make impersonating him a realistic possibility for 47.
