Faheem Attar is a minor character in HITMAN™. He appears in the mission 'A Gilded Cage'.

Faheem & Anas dialogue Marrakesh.
Both Faheem & his colleague Anas Meer can be found in the exterior back area of the abandoned school in Marrakesh with Anas asking Faheem if their General Reza Zaydan was rich. Faheem responds calmly about him being about the age of 50 years old as Anas better believed he was wealthy reiterating that Zaydan's from one of the country's most prominent families in the country as his father was secretary of state, he got his military training at 'West Point' (getting Silver Spoon status), his brothers a diplomat and his sister was an United Nations lawyer.
He also alleges that at some point Zaydan was apart of an unidentified strike team that neutralized & seized 'The Mongoose' military target. Anas couldn't believe it as he also heard that Zaydan allegedly on the ground when the IDF killed 'Red Sabre' with him providing the organization to provide coordinates for a drone strike. Faheem however thinks the story was false and could be misinformation. When their dialog ends the two sit on a nearby bench on break with Faheem cleaning his shoes.

- Neither Anas Meer or Faheem Attar appear in the 2021 prototype leaks of the July, 2015 prototype of HITMAN™.
- He & his colleague are targets in the 'The Varvara Mystification' escalation contract.
- Its implied Faheem knows all of this information due to his inspiration of the General.
- His knowledge of the unseen character 'Red Sabre' implies more happened but both Anas & Faheem are the only characters in all of the World of Assassination trilogy to ever talk about them.
