Fan is an interactable object available in World of Assassination trilogy. It can be found in the World of Tomorrow episodic mission.
There is a fan which can be turned on in the main building of the Villa Caruso mansion, inside Isabella Caruso's old bedroom located upstairs in the north east corner. Turning on the fan is part of the opportunity called Beyond the Grave. At the end of the opportunity, the fan will make a rocking chair inside Isabella's room sway back and forth, causing Silvio Caruso to faint, unlocking also the Beyond the Grave feat.
