Cheung Chau Fish Restaurant (Chinese: 長洲魚館, or 长洲鱼馆 for simplified) is a restaurant in Hong Kong, where a peace meeting between the Red Dragon and Blue Lotus triads was held. Agent 47 killed the Hong Kong Chief of Police and Blue Lotus Negotiator as part of a multiple-step plan to assassinate Lee Hong.
History[]
It served as a meeting place for the Hong Kong Chief of Police, Blue Lotus Triad and Red Dragon Triad negotiators where they negotiated peace in presence of chief of police as each triad blamed each other for the murder of their members. Agent 47 killed Red Dragon negotiator before he could reach the restaurant, concealed his body and took his place on the meeting. He entered the restaurant and killed the Chief of Police (and also the Blue Lotus negotiator in 47's dream), then left a Red Dragon amulet as a false flag, staging a Red Dragons triad declaration of war.

In The Massacre at Cheung Chau Fish Restaurant, it is a one floor building, with a bar, dining area, a kitchen and toilet for which a key is needed.
Hitman: Contracts[]
In The Seafood Massacre, it is a two floor building. When the restaurant is entered on right there is a bar and a kitchen. Kitchen be accessed from the outside by picking a lock on a door. Rest of the floor is a dining area. There are spiral staircases leading to the second floor. There a bathroom can be found which can be accessed from outside by climbing a ladder and through a window and another dining area. Since this is where the meeting takes place it will be overlooked by sniper. The basement can be accessed from a staircase outside leading to a locked door. A key for the basement can be obtained from the chef.

The reopened Cheung Chau 2.
- In Hitman: Codename 47, the Chinese character on windows is "麵" ("Noodle" in English).
- An easter egg found in the newspaper after the mission Flatline in Hitman: Blood Money, shows the flyer of the reopened restaurant, named Cheung Chau 2. However the Chinese characters are "王福飯店" (Wang Fou Restaurant in English).
