Dubai's Burj Al-Ghazali, also known as the Sceptre, is the tallest building in the world and the setting of On Top of the World, the first mission of HITMAN™ III.
Background[]
Constructed by Omar Al-Ghazali's company, he inaugurated the building with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. It is known to possess a penthouse, various balconies, the Black Gold Bar, and an art installation by Lucy Phillips known as "Accumulus."
After acquiring intel on the Partners from Haven, Agent 47 and Lucas Grey HALO jump onto the skyscraper, where 47 proceeds to infiltrate the gathering and eliminate the first two Partners, Carl Ingram and Marcus Stuyvesant.
