Icon-Elusive Target

Gabriel Santos (also known as "The Chef") was an Elusive Target who appeared in the mission The Showstopper.

Briefing[]

"Gabriel Santos is a celebrity super chef who travels the world with a live-streamed food-and-lifestyle program. He is infamously demanding and capricious and has driven staff to mental breakdowns many times in the past.

A native of Buenos Aires, "Gabe" Santos is a highly skilled chef and has built himself into a major media figure. This cult of personality ensures that no matter how poorly he treats the staff on his team, he can get away with it. To date, physical attacks, beatings and at least two separate (and live-streamed) assaults with a bladed meat tenderizer have only added to his status as the ultimate bad boy chef.

He is known to be very fond of Beluga caviar."

Behavior[]

Gabriel Santos is a famous chef that is known for being hired to cook for the IAGO and Sanguine events in the palace. He currently has more than 375,000 followers across all social media platforms and has a related #GabeBurn, #DestroyedByGabe, #GabesLaughingAtYou and #BurnedInYourFace hashtags.

Similar to the Shaman in Santa Fortuna, multiple people will follow him when he walks around the ground floor of the palace. If he is sickened and goes inside the restroom to vomit, his bodyguard will stay outside, however, his two entourages will accompany him, which makes it not best to eliminate him inside. If 47 gets rid all of the target's entourages, the target will go to the security room in the basement and stay there all the time.

Gabriel's routes inside the palace, throughout the game, are randomized. In one of his routes, he will be proceeding to the Auction's catering area on the palace's second floor. There is a platter of caviar at the buffet table, that can be poisoned to eliminate him.

Wearing the Palace Staff disguise does not grant 47 access to the entire first floor, specifically at the back part of the fashion show stage and the stairs leading to the kitchen. He is one of the few targets that can react to 47 trespassing, especially when 47 is in the kitchen, the wine cellar, generally the whole palace basement itself.
