Get What You Wish For is a feat to achieve in the World of Tomorrow mission in Sapienza.
To accomplish the challenge, Agent 47 must assassinate a target by pushing them down into the wishing well. The well is located right outside the main entrance to the Sapienza Church.
Trivia[]
- This challenge is a reference to a bit of information about Caruso, being that he was thrown down the well by Marco Abiatti when he was little.
- This challenge can only be unlocked in World of Tomorrow, if the player uses coins to lure Francesca De Santis towards the well while she goes to meet with Sal Falcone, as neither Silvio Caruso, Gary Lunn or the Elusive Targets will go to the well naturally.

WALKTHROUGH
1. You can complete this mission only using Francesca De Santis as she is the only one who comes the closest to the church. Try to clean the beach and the beach square area as much as you can the agents, mansion guard, civilians.
2. Then after there are not many people left for crime noticing go into the church and find 'the sewer key' on the balcony and subdue 'the priest' and 2 'the church staffs' that roam around bell tower area. Then subdue the red plumber in the sewer system.
3. Then lure her to the pier with the 'A case most peculiar' mission story and then when she arrives subdue her and drag her into the sewer system. TRY NOT TO DIE IF YOU ARE NOTICED JUST KILL THEM BEFORE THEY KILL YOU.
4. When you enter in sewer with her save so that we can achieve the 'Get what you wish for' as well. For 'The bells are ringing' just drag her body below the bell and drop it. For 'Get what you wish for' drag her body near the well let someone wake her up then hurry and push her in.
