Hanami Hitman is a Feats challenge in the Situs Inversus mission in Hokkaido.
To acquire this challenge, Agent 47 must blend in near 4 sakura trees around the GAMA hospital.

Trivia[]
- Each of the trees has a nearby light that will turn pink once that step has been completed.
- The guns present on the tree after the easter egg has been completed are not able to be picked up, even if the player clips into the atrium.
- The challenge was activated on the 16th of April, rather than the 17th as was originally stated.
- Hanami Hitman is one of three challenges added to HITMAN™ III that also added an easter egg, with the others being Maneki-Hitman from Shadows in the Water and Quack? Quack! from Another Life.
- Just like Nothing but Clear KAIs, the challenge is listed as being able to be done in The Fugitive, despite the fact the challenge was added in 2025 and The Fugitive hasn't been reactivated since Year 1 of the Elusive Targets.
Walkthrough[]
You need to sit down at each of the sakura tree locations until the nearby light turns fully pink.
- Restaurant (blend in on the couch) - Light on the table
- Foyer Security Room (sit down by a bonsai tree) - Light above the tree
- Morgue Security Room (sit down by a bonsai tree) - Light above the tree
- Staff Showers (sit down by a bonsai tree) - Wall light near the tree, angle the camera 45 degrees to the right
Once you have sat at each spot, you must return to the tree in the restaurant, which will now have several guns attached to it.
