Hokkaido is Japan's second largest island and the setting of Situs Inversus, the sixth and final chronological mission in HITMAN™, in addition to Patient Zero. It is also the setting of Hokkaido Snow Festival from HITMAN™ 2.
Background[]
Hokkaido is the second largest island of Japan and the largest and northernmost prefecture. Its capital and largest city is Sapporo. Hokkaido is famous for its beautiful landscape, consisting of volcanos, mountains and forests. The island is also home to many hot springs which attract many tourists every year. The location seems to be possibly based on the mountains around Lake Shikotsu on the island of Hokkaido. The mountain in the background of the map being based on the Mount Eniwa or Mount Yōtei.
