The Hope City Fire Department is an organization that provides fire prevention and fire suppression services. It appears only in Hitman: Absolution during both the missions "Run For Your Life", "Shaving Lenny" and "Fight Night".
Description[]
Run For Your Life[]
During the mission "Run For Your Life," as Agent 47 tries to get to the rooftops of the Terminus Hotel, the Chicago police try to stop him so they can interrogate him. Near the police is a fire-truck. Due to the player only seeing the top side of said fire-truck, they would think it's a Chicago related fire truck, right? Well surprisingly, it's the Hope City Fire Department's fire-truck.

If using a free-cam trainer the truck is fully modeled and textured. There is even text on the sides of the fire engine.
Shaving Lenny[]
In "Shaving Lenny" in the main streets of Hope, South Dakota, the fire station is showcased. The building appears to be closed for the time being as explained through the game; the city has gone bankrupt. It is shown again until "Fight Night".
Fight Night[]
In "Fight Night", in specific parts of the Arena there is concept art of the fire department.
Operation: Sledgehammer[]
Thanks to the failures of both the ICA and Chloe Skillman the entirety of Hope, South Dakota burned. It's unknown how severe the city burned; however, concept art and the ending cutscene indicates it was devastating. This implies the fire department didn't respond in time.
Behind the Scenes[]
We were clearly meant to see the fire truck in "Shaving Lenny"; however, it is unknown why we only see the fire engine only in "Run For Your Life".
Trivia[]
- Despite there being a fire engine, location, and multiple mentions of the Fire Department, there is no known concept art/NPC model of a firefighter or fireman.
