House Cleaning is a discovery challenge to achieve in the Death in the Family mission in Dartmoor.
To accomplish this challenge, Agent 47 must find the five key clues in each of the locations of interest at Thornbridge Manor.

- The clues needed for the challenge are the following:
- The floor plans in the Secret Room, next to Zachary Carlisle's Room.
- Zachary's half-burn diary, the list on the desk in Mr. Fernsby's Office and the pills on the window.
- The letter from Emma Carlisle's mother in her and Gregory Carlisle's Room.
- The notebook in Rebecca Carlisle's Room (requires the Camera to scan).
- The poison dosage tables in the Greenhouse (requires the Camera to scan).
- Despite the challenge tile showing 47 in the Private Investigator disguise, it is not needed to complete the challenge.
