The ICA19 (nicknamed the "Blackballer" by the community) is a handgun featured in every World of Assassination game. It is an all-black, 1911-pattern pistol with a custom slide and suppressor and replaced the Silverballers as 47's standard firearm.

Trivia
- During the developmental stages, the ICA19 featured the fleur-de-lis engraved between the 'Custom Slide' and '.45 Caliber' markings similar to those found on the Silverballer. These markings were removed in the retail version.
- This original version was eventually introduced with HITMAN™ III as part of the Trinity Pack pre-order bonus, named the ICA19 Black Trinity.
- The Black Lilly variant featured in HITMAN™ 2 does have the similar markings as the Silverballer, along with the same grip on the handle (However the fleur-de-lis was slightly off-center).
- The ICA19 is based on the AMT Hardballer, which is itself based on the M1911 semi-automatic pistol chambered in .45ACP. Beginning with HITMAN™, the ICA19 is the standard firearm of Agent 47, replacing the Silverballer used in earlier games.
- It is a very quiet weapon, as it fires .45 ACP, which is inherently subsonic. Despite this, it deals a high amount of damage and is rather accurate, being capable of easy headshots at medium range.
