The ICA19 Silverballer Mk II is a visually and functionally-identical variant of the ICA19 Silverballer, possessing the exact same handling statistics and visual aesthetic. The only means of differentiating the two pistols is the presence of a magenta sticker with a white number '2' present on the Mk II's slide, and the traditional medallion.
