The ICA Mobile Command Center also known as the (Jean Danjou II) is a yacht owned by the Agency that first appears in Benjamin Travis' ICA File Trailer but makes a mainline appearance in Hitman: Absolution.
Travis' ICA File
The command center's server room makes a brief appearance, showcasing a much younger Jade & Travis giving orders and commands to other agents around the world.
Events of Absolution
The Mobile Command Center makes it's first appearance in the mission "Birdie's Gift", In the mission Birdie sends the ICA 47's previous briefcase and thus sends Jade into a frenzy, speed walking towards Travis and requesting that he takes a look at the case. The two walk towards the suitcase inside the evidence room and it is opened by the Agency Bio Scientist showing a note by Birdie asking for a price. Travis tells Jade to give Birdie whatever amount of money he requests. It's second mission appearance is in "Shaving Lenny" with Jade on the phone with Birdie then hanging up, telling Travis that he was correct and that 47 was in Hope, South Dakota. As the two briefly bicker, he quietly tells her to "send in the Saints", with the camera slowly zooming out from the mainframe screen showcasing a wanted 47. The Mobile Command Center makes it's third appearance in "Attack of the Saints" during the third segment "Cornfield", although it is again the server room with Travis on the phone trying to ask LaSandra Dixon if she terminated 47, of course she and the other saints were terminated and thus caused 47 to answer telling him the mission failed.
The Mobile Command Center makes it's fourth and final appearance in "Skurky's Law" showcasing both Jade, Travis and other ICA units headed to Hope South Dakota, to kill any witnesses and to hunt-down Agent 47. The two enter a helicopter and the Mobile Command Center is never seen again.
Behind the Scenes
On Adam Rishede's blogspot portfolio[1], he released a few screenshots of the ICA Mobile Command Center without the cinematic blur. A couple shots also showed the interiors of the super yacht and showed at some point, 47 was supposed to infiltrate the Jean Danjou II.
Trivia
- In Benjamin Travis' ICA File Trailer, both Jade and the server room inside the Mobile Command Center look very different compared to the final version of Absolution.
- In "Birdie's Gift", the robotic arm on the left uses the same robotic manufacturer bomb arm model from "Death Factory".
- The "Unseen ICA Agent" makes a brief background appearance in "Shaving Lenny".
- In the beginning cutscene of "Skurky's Law" although it showcases Jade and Travis' helicopter taking off, another helicopter is seen with it's lights and rotors operational.
- Like many organizations and groups in Absolution, it's never mentioned what happened to the Mobile Command Center after the game.
