- The ICA Remote Audio Distraction was one of the very few items in HITMAN™ to be given a completely new design in HITMAN™ 2. The change was presumably made to make the device resemble a speaker more closely, rather than a remote explosive.
- Despite this, "Mixtape 47", an audio device which is directly based off of the ICA Remote Audio Distraction, was not altered and maintains the classic HITMAN™ look of the item.
