Irregular Heart Rhythm is an assassination challenge to achieve in The Last Resort mission on Haven Island.
To acquire this challenge, Agent 47 must assassinate Tyson Williams by garroting him with a Stethoscope.

Walkthrough[]
The challenge is fairly straightforward when following the Take a Deep Breath mission story, which involves disguising oneself as Dr. Singh to fulfill a medical appointment with Williams. Dr. Singh starts in the Manta Ray Hut next to the Shark Hut and will begin walking towards Tyson Williams' villa after a short while. He passes several areas of foliage and can be lured into the vegetation to be pacified and disrobed.
Stethoscopes can be found in the Manta Ray Hut and in the island's medical clinic. Note that the player will be frisked at the front gate, so ditch any weapons or illegal items. Another thing to note is that the villa's butler will escort the player into Tyson Williams' room and watch the checkup, so he should be pacified and hidden in the closet before Williams arrives.
