Jacqueline Vicar is a minor character in the Elusive Target mission The Politician in HITMAN™ 2.
Background[]
Jacqueline Vicar was a charity philanthropist, director, and one of Barbara Keating's assistants.
After Keating was accused of funneling funds from her charities into offshore bank accounts, Keating used her connections with the tabloids to shift the blame onto Vicar. Her reputation was destroyed, and she committed suicide shortly after.
The Politician[]
Vicar is mentioned several times by Keating as she tries to deliver her speech. Barbara's body double also mentions her while she is practicing for her speech in the dining room.
In the mission briefing, the game indicates that Jacqueline Vicar committed suicide in her office, where Barbara's intel in her laptop files about her unfinished speech states that she died in a car accident.
