Jeg Sauna Hende Ikke is an assassination challenge in the Situs Inversus mission in Hokkaido.
To acquire this challenge, Agent 47 must assassinate Yuki Yamazaki by locking her in the sauna with the tempurature set as high as it can go.

Walkthrough[]
The challenge requires getting rid of the two people in the sauna by turning the temperature up, then blocking the door once Yuki is inside. To do this the player must gain access to the maintenance room behind the spa by using an appropriate uniform or by scaling the pipe outside the garage and entering from the rear unlocked door. The controls are right next to the one-way glass. The civilians will leave on their own once the temperature is raised and Yuki will enter the next time she passes the room, leaving her bodyguards behind. The option to block the door will then appear. Note that raising the temperature turns the room into a damaging environment, and characters who linger too long in it will be killed.
