Jenny's Priceless Shoes is a shoe shop that sells footwear for both adolescents and adults. It appears only in Hitman: Absolution during the mission Operation: Sledgehammer.
Description[]
Operation Sledgehammer[]
During the events of Operation: Sledgehammer the ICA invade the small town of Hope, South Dakota. While invading they cause a semi-truck (and trailer) carrying full of Ultra Ozone's gasoline to crash into Jenny's Priceless Shoes. Soon the trailer catches a blaze and causes the shoe shop and three other businesses to burn.
When the player approaches the shop its shown that the shop was open at the time wit signs and posters stating that everything is on sale. Plenty of shoes still remain on the racks and shelves. After the events of Sledgehammer, the shop is presumed to have burned to the ground.
Behind the Scenes[]
In concept art the semi-truck supported different company branding. This supports the claim that Ultra Ozone was originally a gas station instead of a gas company. The semi-truck was also on its side instead of remaining intact. The concept also shows no fire is caused by the tanker however the shop was in desperate need of repair.
Trivia[]
- Outside near the entrance door is a blood trail and bloody handprints on the wall. It's unknown who's blood this belonged too as there is no corpse inside the shop.
- Most notably the corpse of the truck driver isn't in the truck nor is it inside the shop.
- Inside the shop are products that have a bunch of random branding names. One of them is "KANE Men's & Shoe's" this is a reference to Adam "Kane" Marcus that appears earlier in the games story.
- The front license plate of the semi says "Train".
