To acquire this challenge, Agent 47 must lay down on 47's bed and all four morgue stretchers while wearing the VIP Patient robe.

This challenge was added in a patch for HITMAN™ III.
This challenge marks the first time in the World of Assassination trilogy that made it possible to unlock the VIP Patient suit, as it wasn't able to in HITMAN™ or HITMAN™ 2.
