Trivia[]
- The various pills in the game can be used in several situations where a solid poison wouldn't function, such as poisoning ventilation systems.
- There are two separate Lethal Pills weapons in HITMAN™ III, that differ only in appearance. This means three consumed poisons can be smuggled into a mission: the two Lethal Pills and the Lethal Poison Vial.
