Lhom Kwai (also known as Captain Lhom Kwai and Dragon Eye) is a member of the Heavenly Guard and a target in a mission The Pen and the Sword of HITMAN™ 2: Sniper Assassin.
Background[]
A highly decorated army captain who participated in the first Tungan Valley conquest over a decade ago, Lhom Kwai is a man who knows how to get things done.
Born in a small village near Tungan Valley, Kwai's natural ability to get into places unseen served him well in his early years where he was forced by his family to break into storage facilities and warehouses owned by the Heavenly Leader in order to secure food for the village. Nearly entirely comfortable with his work, Lhom Kwai secretly desired something for himself - a place within the Heavenly Guard; he'd seen the pictures and eaten up the propaganda aired over the radio for years and had become convinced that his family were part of a rebel group hell-bent on bringing down the Po family. And so, one night, he slipped out of his village and trekked all the way to the capital where he presented evidence of his family's dishonesty. Lhom was rewarded for his dedication to the Heavenly Leader and personally attended the public execution of his family.
Soon after, he was enrolled in the army training program and graduated with honours four years later. A favorite of crown prince Tren Po, "Dragon Eye" earned his moniker after losing an eye while protecting Sun Po from a rebel attack years ago. Tren Po, impressed with the efforts of the then-army sergeant, paid for the construction of a golden ocular prosthesis, which doubled as a medal of honor.
Kwai now serves as an infiltration specialist who has known ties to the Chinese Triads and access to a large network specializing in human trafficking.― Target Intel
Trivia[]
- Personality-wise, he is arguably considered an extremely jingoistic target, because of his past of turning his family to the Khandanyang authority only to win Sun Po's approval, as well as his involvement with triad business and human trafficking.
- "Dragon Eye" is his codename given by Sun Po.
- His main goal in Hantu Port is primarily ship Han Ldong and his wife back to Khandanyang inside a container van located in the ship, for a public execution.
- He is the easiest target to kill without alerting other people since he is only been accompanied by one guard and he is not exposed to the NPCs in the sniper mission.
- After sealing the hostages inside the container van, it is possible for all three of them to meet at Dock 11, where there is a chance to ram them with a suspended container van. You can only make this happen if an alarm has not trip off. You can make the three of them meet by shooting the ship's rear siren for at least three times. By then, he will be waiting near the helipad and have a smoke.
