The Mansion Chef outfit is a disguise that can be found in HITMAN™.

HITMAN™[]
Worn by Silvio Caruso's head chef Marcello Ray in World of Tomorrow. A second set of this outfit is worn by one of the chefs inside the ice cream shop. With this disguise 47 gains access to to the kitchen building, basement and exterior of Villa Caruso as well as the employee area of the ice cream shop and the clock tower. Unlike the Kitchen Assistant disguise, the Mansion Chef can't enter the ground floor of the Villa.
The mansion chef outfit can also be obtained from a chef in ice cream shop in The Author. Due to the villa not being accessible in the mission, its usefulness is far more limited, only allowing access to the whole ice cream shop and the Main Square Tower stairwell.
The disguise allows the player to poison food and drinks without causing suspicion.
