Martin E. Sunderland is a minor character in Hitman: Absolution. He appears in the mission "Attack of the Saints" during the third/final segment "Cornfields".
Overview[]
After Agent 47 exits the Waikiki Inn Hotel and enters the side-street, nearby is Louisa Cain & her portion of the ICA Soldier strike team. Immediately she orders them to search the cornfields. Martin obliges and tells his colleagues in the earpiece to do a standard 2x2 grid formation while sweeping the fields and to move out. From there, he, Louisa & others walk to their stations. However as Martin stands guard by a dead end sign, his colleague Thomas C. Cruz tells him the other members of The Saints (from previous segments) are deceased and that the target (47) was still on the loose.

- Martin E. Sunderland was a custom target in the Contracts Mode for Absolution.
- For some odd reason, Martin doesn't show any emotion or reaction to the information given by Thomas.
